Upon receipt of booking confirmation, please send your special wishes to [e-mail]. Sales service of accommodation or reception usually does everything to fulfil your wishes. When additional payment is not required for your special wishes, neither the reception nor MountVacation.com guarantees that the wish will be satisfied. Unfulfilled special wishes cannot be a reason for complaint.
